This position is for full time employment in our office in Hyderabad, India. Daily work schedule will be Monday-Friday from 9:00AM-6:00PM EST (equivalent to IST, subject to daylight savings)

• Automation Engineering role focused on PowerShell scripting

Primary Responsibilities:

• PowerShell Engineer will be responsible for design, implementation and automation of PowerShell
• Analyze and evaluate system project requirements and requiring a thorough understanding of all parameters affecting and interfacing with the system.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for project requirements for our ConnectWise Automate System for automation.
• Maintain and develop workflow rules for automation for our ConnectWise Manage Ticketing System.
• Maintain and develop advancement for our BDR (Backup and Disaster Recovery) Systems, Microsoft Azure Backup and Datto Backup.
• Maintain and develop advancement for our Patching System, ConnectWise Automate.
• Address Helpdesk, Backup and Restore, ConnectWise Manage and Automate, requests or issues.

Qualifications (demonstrated ability in the following):

• Working experiences with Windows 2012+ and Windows Management Framework.
• Working experiences in PowerShell remote options.
• Knowledge of PowerShell Web Services.
• 2+ years of working experiences in PowerShell.
• Minimum three years of experience of increasing levels of technical knowledge and exposure to Microsoft based server-side technologies including: Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange Server, SQL Server, and DFS.
• Familiarity with Office365 and Windows Azure platforms.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends.
