This position is for full time employment in our office in Hyderabad, India. Daily work schedule will be Monday-Friday from 9:00AM-6:00PM EST (equivalent to IST, subject to daylight savings) 


  • Primary client liaison: In this role, will serve as consultative technology advisor, solution designer, new project coordinator, and technology evangelist / champion to Big Idea Technology (BIT) clients.
  • Sales to new clients: Participate in and support sales process along with BIT executives. Perform Technical Assessment surveys for new client sites. Prepare proposals including bill of materials, and scope of work documentation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Account Management - Existing Clients

  • Respond promptly and professionally at all times to everyone.
  • Maintain regular contact with assigned existing accounts to
    • Listen.
    • Identify and address issues, concerns and confirm problems are resolved.
    • Solicit feedback on work performed.
    • Discover and close new revenue opportunities.
    • Coordinate and collaborate on collections efforts.
  • Coordinate fulfillment and logistics for products, software licenses and third-party subcontractor efforts for client projects.
    • Order hardware and software and track deliveries
    • Add/Remove licenses (Office, Adobe, etc.) and maintain documentation
    • Identify available ISP solutions, coordinate service turn-up, manage renewals
  • Serve as project coordinator for assigned projects.
    • Liaison with internal staff, client staff and third-party vendors before, during and after project execution.
    • Manage open issues to 100% completion.
  • Maintain repository of client documentation.
    • Maintain timely and accurate database of client contact data.
    • Verify all relevant network and systems documentation is maintained.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations.
    • Gather data and assemble reports and agenda for client Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings. Attend QBR meetings with BIT executives and record meeting summary.
    • Develop and deliver technical training sessions to clients.
    • Assist with and/or present at user groups and other marketing events involving prospects / clients.
  • Manage Vendor and Distributor Relationships
  • Assist in research of potential solutions to client requirements.

Sales – New Business / Existing Clients

  • Perform Technical Assessment survey and compile deliverable report for new clients.
  • Generate sales proposals and implementation project plans.
  • Follow-up with prospects/clients to review proposed solutions, pricing, determine project start dates and obtain signed contracts.
  • Assist with BIT sales efforts and new client visits as requested.

Professional Development

  • Develop skills to properly propose additional products and services to help prospect / client companies achieve their key priorities.
  • Participate in company sponsored job related activities and training to further develop your skills.
